The query serves to distinguish whether the entry is made by a person or by automated, machine processing. The query involves sending the IP address and possibly further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is sent to Google and further processed there. Uw IP-Adres wordt opgeslagen bij verschillende handelingen op onze website. Wij slaan uw IP adres op om fraude en misbruik tijdig te kunnen herkennen.

Uw e-mailadres wordt alleen gebruikt om uw aanvraag te verwerken. Uw gegevens worden vervolgens gewist als u niet hebt ingestemd met verdere verwerking en gebruik.

Gebruik van Google reCAPTCHA 
Op onze website gebruiken we de dienst reCAPTCHA van Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). De vraag dient om te kunnen onderscheiden of de invoer door een persoon wordt gedaan of door geautomatiseerde, machinale verwerking geschiedt. De vraag omvat het verzenden van het IP-adres en evt. verdere gegevens die Google nodig heeft voor de reCAPTCHA-service naar Google. Hiervoor wordt uw invoer naar Google verzonden en daar verder verwerkt. Uw IP-adres wordt door Google echter tevoren verkort binnen de lidstaten van de Europese Unie of in andere verdragsstaten van de overeenkomst inzake de Europese Economische Ruimte. Alleen in uitzonderlijke gevallen wordt het volledige IP-adres aan een server van Google in de VS doorgegeven en daar verkort. In opdracht van de exploitant van deze website zal Google deze informatie gebruiken om uw gebruik van deze service te evalueren. Het IP-adres dat in het kader van ReCaptcha door uw browser wordt doorgegeven, wordt niet gecombineerd met andere gegevens van Google. Indien nodig worden daarbij uw gegevens ook naar de VS verzonden. Voor gegevensoverdrachten naar de VS is er een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie, het “Privacy Shield”. Klantaccount
Bij de opening van een klantaccount verzamelen wij uw persoonsgegevens in de daarbij aangegeven omvang. Het doel van gegevensverwerking is om uw aankoopervaring te verbeteren en orderverwerking te vereenvoudigen. De verwerking vindt met uw toestemming plaats op basis van artikel 6 (1) sub a AVG. U kunt uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken door ons hiervan op de hoogte te stellen zonder dat dit van invloed is op de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking die op basis van de toestemming is uitgevoerd tot aan de intrekking. Uw klantaccount wordt vervolgens gewist. 

Verzameling, verwerking, gebruik en verwerking van persoonsgegevens bij bestellingen 
Wij verzamelen en gebruiken uw persoonsgegevens alleen in de mate die nodig is voor de uitvoering en verwerking van uw bestelling en voor de verwerking van uw verzoeken. De beschikbaarstelling van de gegevens is noodzakelijk voor het sluiten van de overeenkomst. Het niet beschikbaar stellen heeft tot gevolg dat er geen overeenkomst kan worden gesloten. De verwerking gebeurt op basis van artikel 6 (1) sub b AVG en is noodzakelijk voor de totstandkoming van een overeenkomst met u. Uw gegevens worden niet doorgegeven aan derden zonder uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming. Uitgesloten hiervan zijn alleen onze servicepartners, die we nodig hebben voor de afwikkeling van de contractuele betrekking of dienstverleners die we gebruiken in het kader van de orderverwerking. Hierbij worden zowel uw IP-adres als ook de informatie welke van onze websites u bezocht heeft aan de Google-server overgedragen. Dit geldt of u nu bij Google geregistreerd of ingelogd bent of niet. Ook bij niet-geregistreerde of niet ingelogde gebruikers vindt een overdracht plaats. De “+1” – knop wordt niet gebruikt om uw internetbezoek te registreren. Google noteert bij het aangeven van een “+1” – knop niet permanent uw browsergeschiedenis en evalueert uw bezoek aan een pagina met “+1” – knop ook niet op een andere manier. Google slaat ongeveer twee weken gegevens over uw bezoek op voor systeemonderhoud en probleemoplossing. Deze gegevens zijn echter niet volgens individuele profielen, gebruikersnamen of URL’s gestructureerd en worden ook niet aan ons doorgestuurd.
Bent u bovendien lid bij Google Plus en tijdens het moment dat u de plug-in gebruikt bij Google Plus ingelogd, dan wordt alle informatie over uw websitebezoek met uw Google Plus Account verbonden en aan andere gebruikers bekend gemaakt. Ook in het geval van interacties die met de verschillende Google plug-ins mogelijk zijn, wordt de overeenkomstige informatie over u verzameld en aan Google overgedragen en opgeslagen. Indien u in de instellingen van Google Plus uw profiel openbaar toegankelijk heeft gemaakt, kunnen uw “+1” van Google als verwijzingen samen met uw profielnaam en uw foto in Google-diensten, als bijvoorbeeld in zoekresultaten of in uw Google-profiel of op andere plaatsten op websites en advertenties op het internet getoond worden. Gebruik van Addthis-plugins
Op deze internet pagina’s worden “Addthis” – plug-ins gebruikt die door het bedrijf AddThis LLC, Inc. 8000 Westpark Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA ter beschikking worden gesteld; hierna AddThis LLC genoemd. De AddThis LLC maakt het mogelijk met de “Addthis” – plug-in het gebruik van de zogenaamde deelknoppen (Sharebuttons) waarmee men de afzonderlijke internetpagina’s via sociale netwerken op het internet aanbevelen of bij verschillende aanbieders van bladwijzers (Bookmarkingservice) kan opslaan. Hierbij worden zowel uw IP-adres als ook de informatie welke van onze websites u bezocht heeft aan de AddThis-server overgedragen. Voor zover komt het gebruik van cookies. Bij cookies gaat het om kleine tekstbestanden die lokaal in het tijdelijke geheugen van de internetbrowser van de bezoeker van de pagina wordt opgeslagen. De cookies maken het mogelijk de internetbrowser opnieuw te herkennen. De AddThis LLC maakt uit deze gegevens geanonimiseerde gebruikersprofielen. Dezen zijn bedoeld om online aanbiedingen nog beter op de betreffende behoeften af te stemmen.

Gebruik van Instagram-plug-ins
Op deze internetpagina’s worden plug-ins van de online-dienst Instagram gebruikt, die door Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA wordt geëxploiteerd (“Instagram”).

Wanneer u niet wilt, dat Instagram de verzamelde informatie onmiddellijk aan uw Instagram-account toewijst, moet u of voor het bezoek aan onze website uitloggen bij Instagram of door gebruik te maken van een Add-On, bijv. de Script-Blocker „NoScript“ (noscript.net), voor uw browser het laden van de Instagram-plug-ins op onze websites blokkeren.

Gebruik van YouTube
Wij gebruiken op onze website de embedding-functie van YouTube-video’s van YouTube LLC. (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; „YouTube“).

YouTube is een met Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”) verbonden onderneming.

De functie geeft video’s weer die zijn gedeponeerd bij YouTube in een iFrame op de website. Daarbij is de optie „Geavanceerde privacymodus“ geactiveerd. Daardoor slaat YouTube geen informatie op over de bezoekers van de website. Pas wanneer u een video bekijkt, wordt de informatie hierover aan YouTube doorgegeven en daar opgeslagen.

Gebruik van GoogleMaps
Op onze website gebruiken we de inbeddingsfunctie van GoogleMaps-kaarten van Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google”).

De functie maakt de visuele weergave van geografische informatie en interactieve landkaarten mogelijk.

Daarbij verzamelt, verwerkt en gebruikt Google de gegevens van bezoekers van de websites wanneer zij de pagina’s bezoeken waarin GoogleMaps-kaarten zijn geïntegreerd. Daar kunt u ook uw instellingen in het privacycentrum wijzigen, zodat u uw gegevens die door Google worden verwerkt, kunt beheren en beschermen.

Indien nodig worden daarbij uw gegevens ook naar de VS verzonden. Er is een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie voor gegevensoverdrachten naar de VS beschikbaar.

Om redenen die verband houden met uw specifieke situatie heeft u te allen tijde het recht bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens op basis van artikel 6 (1), sub f AVG.

Hiervoor moet u de JavaScript-toepassing in uw browser uitschakelen. Wij wijzen u er echter in dit geval op dat u in voorkomende gevallen niet alle functies van deze website, zoals bijvoorbeeld de interactieve kaartweergave, in volle omvang kunt benutten.

Duur van de opslag
Na afloop van de overeenkomst worden de gegevens eerst opgeslagen voor de duur van de garantieperiode, vervolgens met inachtneming van de wettelijke bewaartermijnen, in het bijzonder de fiscaal- en handelsrechtelijke, en na afloop van deze periode gewist, voor zover u niet akkoord bent gegaan met verdere verwerking en gebruik.

Rechten van de getroffen persoon
Als aan de wettelijke vereisten is voldaan heeft u overeenkomstig de artikelen 15 tot en met 20 van de AVG de volgende rechten: Recht op informatie, correctie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, overdraagbaarheid van gegevens.

Bovendien heeft u op grond van artikel 21 (1) AVG het recht bezwaar aan te tekenen tegen de verwerking op basis van artikel 6 (1) f AVG, evenals tegen de verwerking gericht op direct mail.
