Return a product
Not completely satisfied with your product? That is of course not the intention, but it can always happen. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, we would love to hear what is wrong with your product!
If your product is unused and unopened, you can return it within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order, without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period shall begin from the moment you physically possess the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by mail at info@wingfoilsurf.shop.To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
The costs and risks for returning your product to us are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal you must send the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition, including packaging, back to us. Make sure to add a copy of the invoice to the box.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your return shipment.
Exception for returns
All products that have been unsealed and used are not eligible for return.
